My bad, I thought things couldn’t get worse. Yet here we find ourselves in the middle of a pandemic and I’m running low on toilet paper. Now I’m kicking myself for thinking people were being so silly with their panic buying.
The good news is we’re fortunate enough to live in a really good school district. The school sent every kid home with a laptop for online schooling and drops off lunch at the bus stop every weekday. It isn’t a seamless transition, but my kids are handling the shift to homeschooling pretty well. Best of all, it keeps them busy for a big chunk of the day.
I was sick most of this week with a common cold so I started my quarantine a bit earlier than most people. Luckily, I’m on the tail end of it now. I got a couple of paintings in while I was down, and I’m sure there will be more to come. The art shows I entered were canceled so I need to figure out how to get my art and entry fee back from one. The other one isn’t as big of a deal since I hadn’t dropped off my art yet.
I hope everyone practices social distancing and stays healthy out there. Oh, and stop panic buying toilet paper so those late to the panic can get some too. Thanks.
Glad you are feeling better! Hope you and your family doesn’t go stir crazy! Beautiful artwork.
Thank you Laci. I hope you and yours also don’t go stir crazy. I have lots of projects in mind to keep me busy. 🙂
